Refund Policy

We are committed to providing reliable and quality service. However, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is outlined below:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before) or no-shows.
  • In case of any service disruptions caused by us, such as vehicle unavailability or delays beyond one hour, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.
  • Once a refund is approved, it will be Credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.
